Please keep in mind that spike-in submissions have a longer than usual turnaround, but we will definitely do our best to deliver the data as quickly as possible.

Complete a Submission Request

Using the link below, complete a sequencing submission form.

Follow the instructions on the form and be certain to outline which sequencing chemistry is desired. Please complete a request form for each sequencing run. If your desired sequencing chemistry is not listed, please email the facility prior to completing the form. 

Due to a high volume of submissions, we ask that the submission form reference the labeling on the tube (name of the pool). Be sure to label your tube with this name. Be sure to write your initials on the tube.

Prepare your samples

Samples are to be pooled to a final concentration of 4nM or greater and a volume of 15ul is required for sequencing. Samples are to submitted in a 1.5mL microcentrifuge tube.

Be certain to label your pooled samples properly, indicating the name of the pool as well as you name on the tube. 

Should your pooled sample fall below 4nM in concentration, please contact the facility. Our facility has the means to handle low concentrated samples as well.

Drop-off samples to the facility

Proceed to drop off your samples to the facility. We are located in the Hess Building (1470 Madison Ave) on the 6th floor, room 301.

Samples can be dropped off between the hours of 11 AM thru 4 PM, Monday thru Friday.
